about BM's

BM's ( Bookmarklets ) are little Pieces of Code. The Titles contain that Code as Link. So you can drag and drop them to your personal toolbar and use them on a other site by clicking them. For Opera Users there are also Opera Buttons. The Code Link shows the Code as .txt file.

DOM Console

opens a new window with a DOM tree from the current document. clicking a element will highlight the original one for a short while and clicking a element in the document will show it in the tree. all attributes are retrieved too. it can take some secondes to open it. with pressed shift the current hover element in the document get highlighted. the width of the new window can be adapted in the var windowWidth at the beginnig of the code. → source code. innerHTML

opens a new window with the innerHTML from the current document. it's to view the dynamic sorce code. it's recommended to use it with a user stylesheet with: pre { white-space: -pre-wrap } → source code. ( Opera 7.51++ and Gecko's. ) → as opera button. ( 7.51++ )

Computed Style Console

opens a new window. on mouse over the document, the current hover element will be displayed with his path to the root element. clicking it, will shown his computed styles which are different from the default ones. to restart target choice, click the document again. the elements in the path can be clicked too. pressing shift does highlight the element in the document on mouse over. → source code. partial Source Viewer ( partial outerHTML )

CSS console
